StockSight is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without written permission. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.

All content on StockSight — including stock data, AI analysis, price predictions, and community sentiment — is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. StockSight is not a registered investment advisor. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions.

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date market data, but we make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the platform. You use the data at your own risk.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The paper trading feature uses simulated funds and does not involve real money. Past performance in paper trading does not guarantee results in real markets.

StockSight and its creator shall not be liable for any financial losses, damages, or decisions made based on information provided by the platform.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. We also store your app preferences (dark/light mode, portfolio data, watchlists) locally in your browser and synced to our secure database.

Your information is used solely to operate StockSight — to authenticate your account, sync your data across sessions, and send password reset emails when requested. We do not use your data for advertising.

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS). Passwords are hashed using SHA-256 and never stored in plain text. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

StockSight uses your browser's local storage to save your session and preferences. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

We use TradingView for chart data and Resend for transactional emails (password resets only). These services have their own privacy policies.

You can permanently delete your account at any time from your profile settings. This removes all your data from our servers.
